Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data DIGASS (Digital Assignment Solution) collects through digass.my.id, how it is used and protected, and your rights under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).

1. Data we collect

Data you provide

  • Contact form: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, company name, service of interest and your message.
  • AI Cost Estimator: the project description you type in.
  • Direct communication via WhatsApp or email.

Data collected automatically

  • Technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, for security and abuse prevention.
  • Site usage data through Google Analytics 4, only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Ad interaction data through Meta Pixel, only if you accept all cookies.

2. How we use data

  • To answer your questions, prepare quotes and deliver projects you request.
  • To generate cost estimates with the AI Cost Estimator.
  • To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
  • To measure the effectiveness of our advertising (if you accept marketing cookies).
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam or misuse.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

3. Third parties that process data

  • Google (Gemini API) to process AI Cost Estimator text. Please do not enter personal or confidential data there.
  • Google Analytics 4 for visit statistics (after consent).
  • Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) for ad measurement (after consent).
  • The email and hosting providers we use to send messages and run the site.

Some of these providers may process data outside Indonesia. We only use providers that apply adequate security standards.

4. Storage and security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access is limited to the team members who need it. We keep contact data for as long as needed to respond to your request and run our working relationship, then delete or anonymise it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

5. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

  • Be informed about the personal data we process about you.
  • Request a copy, correction or update of your data.
  • Request deletion of your data or withdraw consent you have given.
  • Object to certain processing, including for marketing.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
