Payments are made in stages that follow the milestones in your contract. Typically there is a down payment when the contract is signed, further instalments as agreed stages are approved, and the final payment at handover. Every instalment comes with an official invoice and receipt.

Bank transfer to DIGASS's official account. For international clients we accept international wire transfers. Account details are shown on each invoice.

No. Our quotes cover development, testing and deployment. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, licences or AI APIs are listed separately and transparently from the start. A maintenance plan after the warranty period is optional.

We work in four stages: (1) Discovery to understand your needs and define the scope, (2) Design and prototyping, (3) Development in stages with weekly demos, and (4) Go-live, including joint acceptance testing (UAT), training and handover. See the How We Work page for details.

It depends on the scope. As a guide: landing pages 2–4 weeks, standard websites 6–10 weeks, mobile apps 10–16 weeks, and complex web apps or ERP projects 12–24 weeks. We provide a detailed schedule during discovery.

Yes. Small adjustments are part of the scope. Larger additions are recorded as a written change request showing the impact on schedule and cost, so you can decide with full information.

You get weekly progress reports, regular demos and access to a staging server to try the work in progress. We also set up a dedicated communication channel for your project.

Yes, 100%. The repository can be created in your company's name from the start, and at handover you receive the full source code, technical documentation, a deployment guide and user manuals.

We apply HTTPS/TLS, secure authentication, role-based access control, encryption of sensitive data, input validation following OWASP guidance, scheduled backups and regular dependency updates.

Yes. We fix bugs in the agreed features free of charge for 30 days after handover. After that, you can choose a monthly maintenance plan with a written SLA.

Yes. We deploy to the provider of your choice (Google Cloud, AWS or a local VPS, for example) or manage hosting for you, including domains and SSL certificates.

Customer service chatbots on your website and WhatsApp, internal assistants that answer from company documents, document classification and summaries, product recommendations and data analysis. We work with leading AI models such as Gemini and OpenAI.

It depends on complexity. Chatbot integrations typically range from IDR 45 million to IDR 150 million. AI API usage is billed separately by volume, and we help you estimate it from the start.

We send AI models only the data they need, use API services that do not train on your data, and store conversation history on servers you control.
